ENTREPRENEUR FIRST.
STUDENT ALONGSIDE.

“Not as a side job, but as proof that I can turn strategic thinking directly into tangible brand value and growth.”

My name is Cheff. I am 25 years old and a third-year Creative Business student.

Over the past five years, I have done more than build theoretical knowledge. I have consistently put what I learn into practice.

I founded STRYVE as a strategic studio focused on positioning and concept development for businesses that are growing without a clear direction.

Alongside it, I transformed Ballonnenplace from a simple rental service into a premium party-styling concept with its own recurring B2B community event.

Together, these businesses represent the way I work. I do not believe in disconnected marketing activity. I believe in understanding the challenge first, making clear strategic choices and translating those choices into a strong visual identity, a relevant experience and commercially executable action.

THINK IT THROUGH.
THEN MAKE IT REAL.

THREE PROJECTS.
THREE DIFFERENT
WAYS OF BUILDING VALUE.

STRYVE

STRATEGIC DIRECTION FOR ENTREPRENEURS READY TO GROW THROUGH CLEARER CHOICES.

With STRYVE, I help entrepreneurs who are already doing marketing but lack a clear strategic direction.

I investigate where growth is actually getting stuck and create focus around the target audience, positioning and offer.

From there, I translate strategic direction into a commercial proposition, clear priorities and an actionable plan the entrepreneur can execute.

MAKE STRATEGY USEFUL.

Not a document that disappears into a folder. A practical decision-making framework for sales, communication and growth.

01 / RESEARCH & DIAGNOSIS

LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP.

I analyse the business model, market, target audience and key friction points. The objective is not to jump straight into marketing activity. It is to identify the real growth challenge first.

THE RIGHT GROWTH QUESTION BECOMES VISIBLE.
02 / POSITIONING & PROPOSITION

TURN INSIGHT INTO A CHOICE.

I translate research insights into a clear brand promise, target audience choice and offer. The focus is not on being everything to everyone, but on creating a proposition with a clear reason to exist.

A DISTINCTIVE PROPOSITION WITH COMMERCIAL LOGIC.
03 / STRATEGY & ACTIVATION

MAKE THE DIRECTION ACTIONABLE.

I translate priorities into packages, messaging and concrete actions. Strategy moves from thinking to doing.

A PLAN THAT CAN BE EXECUTED IMMEDIATELY.
MY STRENGTH

COMPLEX IN.
CLEAR OUT.

I combine analysis with commercial thinking and make strategy understandable for the people who actually need to work with it.

WHAT THIS PROVES

I can reduce complex brand questions to clear choices and translate them into concrete direction for growth.

BALLONNENPLACE

A BRAND LIVES
IN EVERY
CONTACT MOMENT.

With Ballonnenplace, I built a creative event-styling business where brand experience and execution come together.

I manage the full customer journey: from positioning and sales to concept development, production, quality control and content.

The goal is not simply to make something look good. The experience has to feel consistent from the first contact to the final result.

FOR BUSINESS TEAMS.

CLIENT / FLITZ EVENTS

Flitz Events wanted to expand its existing seaweed walk, which was primarily informative, with the Seaweed Lab.

The challenge was to design an innovative follow-up programme that would keep visitors actively engaged with seaweed while fitting the experience-driven identity of Flitz Events.

Our research showed that teams are looking for convenience and social connection, but disengage when outings feel standard or passive. Playful learning and game mechanics therefore became central to our response.

A PHYSICAL EXPERIENCE.

I developed Kelpy, an online multiplayer game in which participants choose a seaweed hero, complete challenges and discover different applications of seaweed.

Access through a QR code connects the physical experience to the digital story. This extends engagement before, during and after the event.

Together, we also developed an event manual that can be used directly in execution.

For the holographic kiosk, I approached Here We Holo with our concept and arranged a cost-free collaboration.

That collaboration allowed us to present a working prototype at full scale and demonstrate the technical feasibility of the concept without additional production costs.

Wearing lab coats, we took the jury from problem and research to concept and execution.

Our holographic kiosk was fully operational on stage. Kelpy could be played directly through the QR code displayed on the large screen.

Instead of asking the jury to simply listen to a presentation, we let them move through the user journey themselves.

I am not looking for an internship to discover what strategy means.

I am looking for an environment where I can test how far my strategic and creative approach can go at a larger scale.

Building my own businesses has shown me how positioning, visual identity, consumer insight and commercial execution strengthen one another.

Now I want to bring that experience into an environment where sport, culture, creativity, consumer understanding and innovation operate at a completely different scale.

THAT'S WHY I'M HERE.
READY TO LEARN.
READY TO CONTRIBUTE.
READY TO BUILD.
